We are currently looking for a Field Sales Executive for our Leisure Marine Division to look after the South of the UK (Including the Channel Islands). Servicing Chandleries, Riggers and OEM’s.

Our Leisure Marine division manufactures and sells ropes for all levels of boat owners including Racing Yachts, Super Yachts, Cruisers, Dinghies, Windsurfing and Kite Surfing.

The Position:

• Reporting to Sales Director
• Target driven Field Sales role
• Focus on New Business Development
• Account Management and development of existing customers
• Working within their key Leisure Marine business sector.
The Person:

• Enthusiastic and sales driven
• Fresh and tenacious approach to sales
• Organised and well planned
• Confident in selling a premium brand to a diverse range of B2B Customers
• Self-Starter with an eye for detail
• Able to build relationships and close deals
• A knowledge of sailing or of the marine industry
• Based on the South Coast

We're looking for a Van Sales Executive for our Yachting Division who shares our vision and who can do things better.  A self-starter who can demonstrate tenacity, empathy and trust and is capable of delivering our message, building relationships and developing business across Southern England.

Visiting chandlers, riggers, boat yards and boat builders, covering the South Coast and East Coast, this is the ideal role for someone looking to develop a career in sales.  With a basic salary and a target led commission, you’ll also provide regatta support and attend boat shows, promoting the brand to the end users.

At Marlow, our Industrial division manufactures and sells ropes for tree surgeons, rope access professionals, heavy lifting specialists, off-road 4x4 enthusiasts and vehicle recovery experts (to name a handful of the markets and industries we are active in).
