Dynaline Winch Line

Marlow’s Dynaline is made with high strength, light weight Dyneema® fibre and are designed to replace steel wire winch ropes on 4x4’s and recovery vehicles. Dynaline enables significantly quicker and safer deployment and recovery than traditional steel wire ropes, virtually eliminating dangerous recoil if fittings or attachments fail or in the unlikely event of rope failure

Dynaline Max Winch Line

Dynaline Max takes the wire rope replacement concept of Dynaline a stage further by adding Marlow's "Max" super pre-stretching process.  Dynaline Max offers higher strength and lower stretch than a standard Dynaline rope.  The higher break load for a given diameter offers a higher factor of safety or the possibility to down size the rope thereby allowing a longer length to be fitted on the winch.

Dynaline Protech Winch Line Protection

In situations of extreme wear and tear, Marlow can also supply Dynaline and Dynaline Max with abrasion resistant covers which offer additional protection over and above our ArmourCoat system.

Depending on the application you can specify high tenacity polyester, Dyneema® or Technora®.  For instances of extreme heavy use or wear and tear, Marlow recomend our D-Tech cover.  A blend of Dyneema® for superior abrasion and cut resistance and Technora® for its excellent thermal resistance properties.

Tests have shown Marlow's D-Tech cover to have over 16 times more abrasion resistance than a regular polyester cover.
