Tree Climbing Ropes

Marlow manufacture a range of CE EN 1891 certified and ANSI compliant tree climbing ropes to suit different climbing and safety requirements.

A range of diameters to suit single rope and double rope technique as well as traditional prusik climbing styles or the use of mechanical climbing devices. In addition we have a choice of ropes with high elongation for reduced impact force in case of a fall or very low elongation for reduced fatigue when climbing.

Gecko

Traditional 13mm climbing rope for double rope technique with a tough and durable 16 plait Polyester cover making the rope supple and hardwearing.

Vega

This 11.7mm tree climbing rope has the lowest elongation on the market significantly reducing climbing fatigue and improving work efficiency.

Vesper

11.8mm tree climbing line with low elongation rope, good friction and heat resistance. EN 1891 as a type A rope and UKCA certified.

Venom

11.8mm Venom has a braided Nylon core and 24-plait Nylon jacket to give a rope with exceptional flexibility, handling and elongation without compromising on durability.
