Leisure Marine Sales Executive – USA
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our Leisure Marine team. Working within our small, ambitious US team, you will own your territory and be the face of Marlow to a network of boatyards, riggers, sailmakers, chandleries, dealers, and boat builders. This is a quota carrying sales role: growing sales with existing accounts and opening new ones, with a sharp focus on both the racing/performance and cruising/bluewater rope categories.

Rope Engineer Apprentice
Start your engineering career with a world-leading British manufacturer. As a Rope Engineer Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience, industry-recognised training, and the chance to contribute to advanced rope technology used across leisure marine, defence, rescue, and arboriculture markets. This apprenticeship will combine structured workplace learning with Level 4 technical training, helping you develop into a skilled Engineering Technician.

Marlow Ropes are one of the world’s leading manufacturers of specialist fibre ropes. Our rope making roots in the local community go back over 200 years and we are proud to still be manufacturing on the same site as our forebears did.
We have earned a reputation around the world for innovation, performance and quality and we work hard to maintain this. Our factory in Hailsham, East Sussex in the UK employs around 70 people in production, logistics, sales, marketing, technical, accounts and administration. We also have a sales and distribution office in Plymouth Massachusetts in the USA employing 6 people. In addition, we are part of a larger family-owned group, with UK other manufacturing and distribution sites in Malvern, Heywood and Telford.
