Marlow Ropes USA Opens New Plymouth, Massachusetts Warehouse

With ambitious growth in mind for 2023, Marlow Ropes Inc is pleased to announce the opening of a new warehouse facility in Plymouth, Massachusetts to further expand and improve their cordage offering across all markets. The additional space will allow the company to increase its inventory holdings by 50% over previous capacity, speeding up order fulfillment and protecting against supply chain disruptions.

This increased inventory capacity will benefit customers two-fold: first, by safeguarding against future disruption to production and transportation, and second, by increasing stock levels of key products and product lines which will allow Marlow to meet the needs of its US customer base more quickly and efficiently.

Increased stock of many of our popular items will help us not only better meet our customers’ needs with quicker order processing but also reduce shipping times and, in many cases, costs.” 

Marlow Inc’s commitment to improving service across all areas of business has also been demonstrated through the launch of a new website that went live at the end of 2022. The new site offers visitors the functionality to locate retailers and distributors via an interactive localized search ‘Where to Buy’ tool, while a new trade login area gives customers access to a personalized portal that allows them to place orders, check order history, pay invoices, and perform other account maintenance.
