Jon has led Marlow Ropes for nearly three decades, steering the company to pioneering the latest technical fibre solutions, all while maintaining its proud heritage in Hailsham.

Richard’s many years of experience and have shaped the Marlow’s Commercial division, enabling Marlow products to be delivered to every corner of the world.

Paul drives innovation and technical advancements in the leisure marine industry. He ensures Marlow’s products remain at the forefront of performance and sustainability.
